The Powder Gangers are not as technologically-advanced, compared to both the Grand Pegasus Enclave and the Steel Rangers, but have great crafting skills in terms of explosives. They also wear security outfits adorned with armored vests. Their main specialties are explosives, and are known to yield devastating results. They also have little to no allegiance to other factions. While they have not appeared int he main canon, it might be hinted that they were a chain gang of escaped convicts, known for being on the run from the New Coltifornia Republic.
