In this post I will explain the first neighbourhood Sandy Suburbs, this is the only one currently available but there are plans to add new neighbourhoods in future updates.
There is no rush to begin this, it will be available in the future when you are ready to start. Sim Springs is a new location event (available from 15th June with the Coastal Living update) the aim of this event is to complete daily tasks to renovate house lots in the new neighbourhood.
